Meditation outdoors takes on a whole different vib

Meditation outdoors takes on a whole different vibe. My favorite time to meditate is when the sun is coming up. I've become a bit more intentional about meditation in the last couple months and making it a daily practice. I still don't get to do it every day but most days I do.

Meditation is a great way to start and even end the day. Its helping me get grounded and is teaching me to slow down. I'm late to meditation because my religious upbringing led me to believe it was New Age and unchristian. My experience is different and to each his own!

Often when we talk about wellness we focus on activities such as rest, exercise, journaling, etc. We sometimes fail to consider how those we keep company with also play into the way we care for ourselves and approach our self worth. Our circle and those on our team matter. They can charge us up or break us down. Feel free to excuse yourself from tables and spaces that don't make you feel good about yourself or bear tones of insincerity.
